Is Your Health Holding Back Your Career?

If so, I’ve been there. I understand how pain and dis-ease prevent one you from excelling and not only can I relate but I can help in the same way I was able to get help with stress through Acupuncture treatments. For years I worked in corporate America as a Corporate Trainer. I was determined to be successful. I climbed the ladder and eventually became a Director, managing training departments for North America and Europe. From the outside looking in, I had a great career and was very successful. Yet, I wasn’t happy and I put my health on the back burner to achieve my success. Long hours followed by late nights out at the bar to blow off steam along with ignoring my health finally started to catch up with me. My career was reaching a stand still, I didn’t have the energy to push forward.  Even if I did muster the energy, I was unclear about my path.I was unmotivated my body was starting to let me down. I struggled with lack of focus, insomnia, IBS and more. After months of trying to push through, I felt like a fraud, I would show up for work and have zero motivation to get work done, I’d find myself working late simply because I lacked the focus and clarity needed to work smart and manage my productivity. I sought help from a number of practitioners in Western and Holistic medicine and found the most benefit with Acupuncture. Through regular treatments, I found real transformation in my life. I was able to manage my stress and overcome a number of health challenges allowing me to get refocused. Wellness isn’t something that happens on the weekends but rather wellness is the fuel that allows us to thrive in every aspect of our life - career, relationships, family, fitness, and hobbies. I'm on a mission to help you live more authentically; stress, anxiety, pain and chronic illness holding back your career isn’t part of that. I want to help as many people as possible move past pain - physical, mental and emotional, and get back to thriving in their careers.Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Feeling stuck in a corporate job and struggling with debilitation migraines that force you to leave work early

  • Struggling with focus and concentration, mainly due to insomnia and ultimately holding you back from your next promotion

  • Missing work because sciatica pain is so bad you can’t sit for your long commute

  • Often late for work because IBS is unpredictable in the morning and not sure if you should give yourself 2 or 3 hours to get ready in the morning

I’ve helped patients overcome situations like these and more. Acupuncture is a great tool for addressing work stress and all the physical, mental and emotional manifestations that result from it. Interested in learning more, let’s chat. Set up a free phone consultation here.
